ELEKTRA METAMORPHOSIS
- Campaign
About
ELEKTRA presents and promotes works created at the intersections of contemporary art and new technologies. During the pandemic, ELEKTRA turned its platform into an experiential online gallery enabling the festival to be held online. Our studio was commissioned to create a visual campaign ranging from designing posters to producing short promotional videos, along with developing and implementing an interactive digital gallery featuring all the exhibition's works, so that the general public could freely view them without leaving home.
The theme of the biennial event's 2020 edition, METAMORPHOSIS, refers to the Book of Changes (I Ching) and proposes that a fundamental effect of the constant change we experience today is to broaden our understanding of the relationship between humanity, nature and technology. According to the book, human society is in a state of perpetual transformation, with everything subject to change, but there is a core that always remains the same. By analyzing this core in depth, it is therefore possible to foresee the future. METAMORPHOSIS 2020 searched for meaningful models of this core by examining the triangular relationship, with the aim of encouraging diverse discussions about humanity in a time of uncertainty.
Result
